TROY MICR Toner Claim Form

Please follow these instructions if you have encountered an error with a TROY MICR Toner product

Prior to issuing an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for a MICR Toner cartridge, TROY requires the following warranty form to be completed. Please complete the following steps so that the TROY Technical Support team can help to resolve your issue.

Use the form below to submit a warranty claim for MICR Toner:

Instructions:

1. Open and fill out MICR Toner warranty form above - make sure to complete all sections.

2. Next, from your MICR printer, print the Configuration page and Print Supplies Status page.

In order to complete warranty claim, please include both the Configuration and Supply Status pages with the completed warranty form. If you have issues producing these status pages in your printer, give us a call at 304-232-0899 or email us at technicalsupport@troygroup.com

3. Email completed MICR Toner Warranty form along with the printer Configuration page and Supplies Status page to TROY Technical Support.

4. Once we receive the completed form, Configuration Supply page and Print Supplies page, we will send an email with your RMA number.
