Template settings can be accessed by clicking the template name and selecting Document Setup.
Width: The width of the document being printed. This value is set automatically if a sample PDF document is uploaded during Security Template creation.
Length: The length of the document being printed. This value is set automatically if a sample PDF document is uploaded during Security Template creation.
Repeat: Checking this box will repeat the Security Template on every page if a multi-page document is printed. If this box is unchecked, page 2+ will not have elements applied to them unless specifically configured to do so through the Visual Designer.
Transparent background: Checking this box converts whitespace in the document to being “transparent.” This is sometimes needed if security elements are not appearing correctly in the secured document due to layering issues. This setting should normally be left unchecked. Two methods are provided to attempt automatic correction. Only one option can be selected at a time.
Print on back: Add the back of each page (blank pages) to the page tab so that elements can be added to the back of pages. This is typically used to add a TROYMark or Warning Box to the back of the document. This feature requires the document to be duplexed when physically printed.
Document-Level Serialization: This setting should only be enabled if advised by technical support.
Tray: Settings added here will be added to the secured PDF and passed along to the physical print queue for tray routing.
Duplex: The setting added here will be added to the secured PDF and passed along to the physical print queue for duplex options.
