Reset A User's Password

If a user enters the incorrect password three times their account will be locked and their password will need to be reset to regain access to the system.
  1. Navigate to Admin>Users from the navigation menu
  2. Locate the user whose account you wish to reset the password for
  3. Click the reset password icon () Enter the new password for the user. Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters with at least one non- alphanumeric character and one uppercase character
  4. Click Save
