If a user enters the incorrect password three times their account will be locked and their password will need to be reset to regain access to the system.
- Navigate to Admin>Users from the navigation menu
- Locate the user whose account you wish to reset the password for
- Click the reset password icon () Enter the new password for the user. Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters with at least one non- alphanumeric character and one uppercase character
- Click Save
