How do I submit our tax exemption certificate?

All orders placed in the United States and Canada are subject to sales tax. TROY charges sales tax based on the destination where the order is being shipped. We understand that some organizations are tax exempt and we gladly accept tax exemption cert

To ensure that your online order is tax exempt, please follow the simple procedure outlined below.

1. Create an online account: Start by creating an account on our website. This will allow us to keep track of your orders and provide a seamless experience.

2. Email your tax exemption certificate: Once you have created an account, please email a copy of your tax exemption certificate to our dedicated TROY Customer Service Team. Be sure to include the email address associated with your online account so that we can update it accordingly.

3. Account update notification: Once our Customer Service Team receives your email, they will promptly update your account and send you an email to confirm the changes. This will let you know that your account is now tax exempt and ready for future orders.

Please note that you have the option to place an order before submitting your tax exemption certificate. However, please be aware that your credit card will be authorized for tax at the time of purchase. Rest assured, TROY will not invoice you for the tax amount, as long as your tax exemption certificate is submitted and verified.
