License request files can be provided to TroyRx support to obtain a fully qualified license. The file can be emailed to support@troyrx.com
On the server running the TSPE solution run the TroySecurePortMonitorConfigurationUtility as an administrator (Right Click > Run as Admin).
Click the "About..." button at the bottom of the screen
"The TROY SecurePort Monitor About.." window appears. Click the "License Request" button in the bottom right corner of the screen.
The "License Request Form" window opens. Fill out the fields in the form. Fields marked with a red * are required. Click Ok
A confirmation window appears. The default path the License Request File is saved to is C:\Program Files\TROY Group\Port Monitor. Click OK to close the window
Press the Red X in the upper corner of the About window to close it.
