General Settings Page

This page is accessed by selecting Settings > General in the main navigation window.

Document Settings

Save Text Capture Fields: If this option is enabled data captured using data capture fields in the security template will be sent back to the cloud server. This option must be enabled for auth-portal to show captured data.

Print Agent Settings

Capture Documents: If this option is enabled a pdf copy of the secured prescription will be sent to and stored on the cloud server. This option must be enabled for auth-portal to show a copy of the document.

Send Audit Logs: If this option is enabled general data about each prescription (e.g. print time/ user) will be sent to and stored on the cloud server.

Sync Interval: This option configures the number of seconds between each sync between the local client and the cloud server. During the sync all print agent additions / changes are pushed to the print client and all audit data is sent to the cloud server. Setting this field to 0 disables automatic syncing.

Site Settings

Locale:  Select the default locale settings. Some language options are only available to specific locales.

Time Zone: Set the Time Zone for audit records. 

Session Timeout: Set how many minutes a user should be inactive before they are automatically logged out of the system. Setting this field to 0 disables automatic logout.

Portal URL: This read only field shows the unique URL assigned to your authentication portal. Contact support if this URL needs to be changed.

Keys

This section contains API and Security keys associated with your company account. Customers should only use these keys under advisement from support or sales engineering.
